Executive and Personal Assistant
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial professional with strong technical skills in scheduling, verbal and written communication, a passion for our mission, and excellent organizational and time management skills. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role; the Executive and Personal Assistant must manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, be highly adaptable, and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. This role provides high-level, confidential administrative, operational, and personal support to the office of the Lead Executive Officer (LEO) and Executive Leadership Team. This role ensures the executive’s life runs seamlessly through effective organization, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving.
