Thablay Htoo
I was born in Myanmar also known as Burma and raised in a Thailand refugee camp. In 2008, I graduated from high school in a refugee camp then continued my education with KKBBSC (Kawthoolei Karen Bible School and College) and received my bachelors in 2013. After graduation, I relocated to the U.S.A. Then, I had the opportunity to work with ethnic global service where I interpret for the Karen/Burmese community. In 2017, I received my medical interpreter license and started working with different agencies. Additionally, I also work with my church as Sunday school principal where I oversee the Sunday school teachers and volunteers. In my free time, I would help my community with their case management and other issues that arise.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my beautiful family. I have four beautiful children. Three boys and one girl.
